Gift Voucher, Series, Surcharges, Returns, Terms & Conditions
Please read the below terms and conditions relating to surcharges, gift voucher usage, online purchases, series, refunds, arriving at The Clinic and payment options.
GIFT VOUCHER CONDITIONS OF USE
  • Gift vouchers should be treated as cash tender and lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed on Sundays or on Public Holidays for services.
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Please see expiry date.
  • Gift vouchers on non-refundable.
  • Gift vouchers may be used for redemption on any S.H.E services
  • Gift Vouchers can not be used for product purchases
  • Gift Vouchers purchased for a specific treatment are valid for 12 MONTHS if not used for that specific treatment after that time period, it will revert back to the dollar value for redemption for the remainder of valid time.
  • Gift Vouchers can not be redeemed on Public Holidays
Gift cards should be treated as a cash tender any lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
TREATMENT SERIES
  • The purchase of Treatment Series are non refundable and have a 12 month expiration date from the date of purchase
 SURCHARGES
All service appointments on a public holiday will incur a 15% surcharge on the cost of the service. Gift Vouchers are NOT accepted on Public Holidays. 
IN CLINIC REFUND POLICY
  • Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. This includes, treatment deposits, product purchase, gift vouchers and treatment series. Refunds will only be given within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase under the guidelines set by the office of fair trade (reaction or if product is faulty)
  • A 50% deposit is required for all bookings. Please keep in mind that not attending an appointment or cancelling the appointment within a 48 hours timeframe prior to the booking will result in a non-refundable 50% of your booking fee. 
  • Refund arrangements must be made through the clinic of purchase, any refunds exceeding the amount of $300 will be processed throughout our S.H.E head office by electronic funds transfer within 7 days of authorisation.

TREATMENT, MEMBERSHIPS AND PRODUCT PRICING CHANGES

S.H.E reserves the right to change pricing and promotions without notification. Promotional pricing is as stated as per displayed artwork and social media campaigns, for further T&C please enquire directly within our clinic or email askus@sheskinhealthenergy.com.au.
Promotional dates and packages are subject to stock availability and can change throughout the promotional period. If you have a Membership direct debit contract with us, we will not change pricing without formal prior notification, within the Australian set fair trade parameters.
FIRST TIME VISIT TO SKIN HEALTH ENERGY – S.H.E
Welcome and unwind! We ask if you are new to S.H.E, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to check in and relax. Please be aware that if you arrive late, the time of the appointment will be shortened in consideration of our next S.H.E guest. We also ask that once entering S.H.E please turn off your mobile phone in consideration of guests already relaxing mid treatment.

Purchasing online is an easy alternative for your skin care, promotion packages and gift voucher needs, we do have some T&C’s around this explained below.

Orders will be dispatched after the credit card details have been processed and approved.
SHIPPING
S.H.E endeavours to ship products ordered in our online store within 48 hours of payment. Payments are processed Monday to Friday (Public Holidays excluded). S.H.E does not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Transit times vary, so please allow 5-10 days for your order to arrive. At present we ship nationally to all Australian states and those postcodes serviced by Australia Post.
RETURN OF GOODS
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
REFUNDS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
If a refund is applicable, we will advise you via email and once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You will receive a refund in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shopping costs from your refund. The above terms and conditions are an integral part of every sale. S.H.E reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time, without prior notice.
REFUNDS FOR CLINIC PURCHASES
Refund arrangements must be made through the Clinic of purchase, any refunds exceeding the amount of $150 will be processed through our head office within 7 days of authorisation.
RESHIPPING
Any order reshipped due to being refused or undeliverable the first time will have the original freight charge added to the amount due.

Following a transaction, we may contact cardholders by phone or email for security purposes. S.H.E uses an approved third party payment gateway. This information is not sent to third parties or retained for mailing list purposes, unless a customer opts in to our mailing list. Mailing lists can be unsubscribed by the customer at their discretion. S.H.E takes measures to protect and keep information secure. Credit card numbers are not stored once a transaction is completed.
We may also collect personal information by the use of “Cookies”. Cookies enable us to assign a unique permanent identifier to a computer that can be used to associate the requests made to our website from a particular computer. If you wish, you may be able to disable the use of Cookies by changing the settings on your Internet Browser, or using software products that will reject or manage Cookies for you. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that contact. Any further collection of your personal information than that explained here will only occur with your consent.
Use and Disclosure
We may disclose your personal information to organisations that advertise their products and services on our website for evaluation.
