Gift Voucher, Series, Surcharges, Returns, Terms & Conditions
Please read the below terms and conditions relating to surcharges, gift voucher usage, online purchases, series, refunds, arriving at The Clinic and payment options.
GIFT VOUCHER CONDITIONS OF USE

Gift vouchers should be treated as cash tender and lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed on Sundays or on Public Holidays for services.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Please see expiry date.

Gift vouchers on non-refundable.

Gift vouchers may be used for redemption on any S.H.E services

Gift Vouchers can not be used for product purchases

Gift Vouchers purchased for a specific treatment are valid for 12 MONTHS if not used for that specific treatment after that time period, it will revert back to the dollar value for redemption for the remainder of valid time.

Gift Vouchers can not be redeemed on Public Holidays
Gift cards should be treated as a cash tender any lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
TREATMENT SERIES

The purchase of Treatment Series are non refundable and have a 12 month expiration date from the date of purchase
SURCHARGES
All service appointments on a public holiday will incur a 15% surcharge on the cost of the service. Gift Vouchers are NOT accepted on Public Holidays.
IN CLINIC REFUND POLICY
-
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. This includes, treatment deposits, product purchase, gift vouchers and treatment series. Refunds will only be given within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase under the guidelines set by the office of fair trade (reaction or if product is faulty)
- A 50% deposit is required for all bookings. Please keep in mind that not attending an appointment or cancelling the appointment within a 48 hours timeframe prior to the booking will result in a non-refundable 50% of your booking fee.

Refund arrangements must be made through the clinic of purchase, any refunds exceeding the amount of $300 will be processed throughout our S.H.E head office by electronic funds transfer within 7 days of authorisation.

TREATMENT, MEMBERSHIPS AND PRODUCT PRICING CHANGES
S.H.E reserves the right to change pricing and promotions without notification. Promotional pricing is as stated as per displayed artwork and social media campaigns, for further T&C please enquire directly within our clinic or email askus@sheskinhealthenergy.com.au.
Promotional dates and packages are subject to stock availability and can change throughout the promotional period. If you have a Membership direct debit contract with us, we will not change pricing without formal prior notification, within the Australian set fair trade parameters.
FIRST TIME VISIT TO SKIN HEALTH ENERGY – S.H.E
Welcome and unwind! We ask if you are new to S.H.E, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to check in and relax. Please be aware that if you arrive late, the time of the appointment will be shortened in consideration of our next S.H.E guest. We also ask that once entering S.H.E please turn off your mobile phone in consideration of guests already relaxing mid treatment.
